Barghavi Venkatesan currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Global Head of Operations at ITBMS Inc since December 2019, following a role as Manager of HR and Operations. Prior to this, Barghavi was the Global Customer Operations Manager at Visionsoft from January 2018 to November 2019. Barghavi also has extensive experience in managing operations, having held the position of Head of Operations at Sri Rama Jewellery Mart from March 2003 to December 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end operations of the organization.
