Valeria Venegas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Valeria co-founded and partnered with TrimTabs Consulting Inc., where they focused on developing social and environmental impact projects and empowering individuals and teams. Additionally, they served as a Professor at ITBA and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, where they contributed to online programs in innovation and taught courses on leadership and systemic design. Valeria also worked at the Inter-American Development Bank as the Head of Talent Solutions.

Prior to these roles, Valeria was a Partner and Cultural Change and Leadership Development Consultant at Cocolab - Mind Your Business. Valeria was responsible for generating growth and supporting organizational change and innovation projects. Valeria also worked as a Learning Facilitator at La Escuelita.

Valeria's earlier career includes roles at Banco Galicia, where they served as an HR Strategy Manager, Executive Development Manager, Coordinadora Desarrollo Gerencial, Training & Change Management Leader, HR Business Partner, and Quality Improvement Coordinator. Valeria successfully implemented various corporate HR projects, including innovation initiatives and executive development programs.

Before joining Banco Galicia, Valeria worked as a Branch Sales Executive at Holiday Express Travel Agency and as a Sales Agent at Siemens.

Valeria Venegas has a diverse education history, spanning from 1990 to 2021. In 1995, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism at the Universidad de Mor贸n. Following this, in 2006, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from UADE.

Valeria continued their education and obtained a HRST certification from the London Business School in 2012. The same year, they also completed a program in Neurociencia aplicada from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Between 2016 and 2021, Valeria pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Leadership in Systemic Innovation from the Instituto Tecnol贸gico de Buenos Aires. In 2021, they further expanded their knowledge in the field of Educational/Instructional Technology by completing a course on Digital transformation in Education & Possible futures at the same institution.

Throughout their education journey, Valeria also acquired several certifications. These include the Professional Agile Leadership I from Scrum.org in 2021, ADAPTIVE Leadership and Digital Transformation from IE Business School in 2020, Designing Learning Spaces 0.5 from KAOSPILOT in 2020, and The Science of Emotional Intelligence from the Institute for Health and Human Potential in 2020.

Additionally, Valeria obtained a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in 2019, and a certification in Planning for Monitoring & Evaluation from Philanthropy University in the same year. In 2016, they completed a Biomimicry course from Biomimicry 3.8. Valeria also received training in Coaching for Human Resources Professionals from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2012 and Human Performance from the Instituto Tecnol贸gico de Sonora in 2005.

Lastly, they obtained a Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from Rescue 7 Inc. in 2019.
