Sebastian Palatnik has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sebastian is currently a Limited Partner at Newtopia VC, where they serve as a mentor in the CPO/CTO & B2B SaaS Commerce groups. Previously, they worked as a Partner at Sneakerhouse Arg and as a Consultant & Strategic Advisor at Laboratorio Futuro.

Sebastian Palatnik has also held teaching positions at ORT Argentina and ITBA. At ORT Argentina, they served as a Teacher for Exponential Technologies & Innovation and as an Entrepreneurship Teacher, focusing on project-based methodology. At ITBA, they worked as an eCommerce Professor and as an Assistant Professor at Entrepreneurship.

In the corporate sector, Sebastian Palatnik worked as an Associate Director IT - Commerce at Accenture Song, where they were responsible for the Commerce IT department. Prior to that, they were a Partner & CTO at Glamit, a full-commerce startup acquired by Accenture Song. Sebastian was also a Co-Founder of CLINC!, a platform that provides end-to-end solutions for retailers.

Additionally, Sebastian Palatnik held the position of Head eCommerce & Mobile at Almundo, the first travel marketplace. Sebastian also worked as a Mobile & Omnichannel Professor at Digital House.

Throughout their career, Sebastian Palatnik has gained expertise in areas such as entrepreneurship, exponential technologies, innovation, eCommerce, and mobile solutions.

Sebastian Palatnik's education history is as follows:

- From 2018 to 2025, Sebastian pursued a Doctor on Systemic Innovation - PhD degree in Systemic Innovation at the Instituto Tecnol贸gico de Buenos Aires.

- In 2022, they attended Latitud and obtained the Angel Investor - LA2 certification in Venture Capital.

- Between 2011 and 2015, Sebastian completed a Bachelor's degree in Business & System at the Instituto Tecnol贸gico de Buenos Aires.

- In 2017, they briefly attended Tel Aviv University, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

- In 2014, Sebastian completed a Programa Ejecutivo in User Experience Design at the Instituto Tecnol贸gico de Buenos Aires.

- In 2011, they obtained a certification in Project Management from IAAP.

- From 2008 to 2010, Sebastian pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Buenos Aires.

- Between 2003 and 2008, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at ORT Argentina.

- In 2006 and 2007, Sebastian participated in a Curso de L铆deres - Camada 34 at Macabi Buenos Aires, focusing on Non-Formal Education.

In addition to their formal education, Sebastian has obtained various certifications, including SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021, Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) from Scrum Alliance in November 2020, Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from Scrum Alliance in August 2020, Agile Facilitator from Kleer in August 2016, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in July 2015.
