Javier Figueyra has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Cast Member at The Walt Disney Company. Javier then worked as a Professor Assistant at ITBA, where they focused on the professional development of young engineers. In 2010, they joined The Dow Chemical Company as a Technical Service and Development professional, where they presented portfolio solutions and facilitated product qualifications for clients in Latin America. In 2013, they became an Associate Professor at ITBA, demonstrating their passion for teaching, research, and academic leadership. Currently, since 2018, Javier has been working at Braskem, initially as a Commercial Manager and currently as a Commercial, Sustainability, and Public Affairs Manager. In this role, they drive business growth, builds client relationships, and promotes sustainable practices. Javier is skilled in developing sales strategies, leading teams, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Javier Figueyra began their education journey in 2007 when they enrolled at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Javier pursued a degree in Ingeniería química and successfully completed their studies in 2012.

In 2019, Javier attended ISE Business School for a short period of time, where they completed a course on global negotiation. This course focused on developing skills in the field of international business.

Looking towards the future, Javier is set to further their education in 2022 by joining the IAE Business School. Javier will be pursuing an Executive MBA with a focus on administration and general business management. This program is expected to span from 2022 to 2024.
