Damian Dome began their work experience in 2009 as an intern and frontend developer at JRapid Corp. Damian then worked as a software engineer and backend developer at Ingematica from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they founded Redmint and served as a board member, managing a team of over 30 software engineers and developers. At Redmint, they focused on developing high quality software products using Ruby on Rails for startups worldwide. In 2015, Damian worked as a professor at ITBA. In 2016, they co-founded Gigvy and took on the role of founder and CEO, where they hire and works with web and mobile developers remotely. Damian is responsible for business development at Gigvy and recruits top talent from South America.

Damian Dome earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2005 to 2011.
