Damián Dibenedetto has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Damián currently holds the position of Gerente de Cultura y Talento at ASE Obra Social | Medifé | Sanatorio Finochietto since January 2023. Damián is also a Professor at UADE Business School since April 2023. Previously, they worked as a Tutor de trabajos finales at ITBA Escuela de Innovación, assisting students in the construction and presentation of their Final Integration Work.

Prior to their current roles, Damián had significant experience at Banco Macro, where they held multiple positions including Head of Agile & People Experience from August 2022 to December 2022, Gerente de Talento y Cultura from September 2021 to August 2022, Gerente de Recursos Humanos from June 2020 to September 2021, Gerente de Cultura Organizacional from March 2016 to June 2020, and Coordinador de Comunicación Interna from March 2016 to August 2016.

Before Banco Macro, they worked at Banco Central de la República Argentina as Gerente de Relaciones con la Comunidad y Cultura Institucional from December 2014 to January 2016. Damián also gained experience as Subgerente de Comunicación Interna y Cultura Corporativa at BBVA Francés from January 2012 to December 2014.

Damián Dibenedetto obtained their Licenciado degree in Sociology from the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied from 1996 to 2004. Damián later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, specializing in Dirección de Recursos Humanos, from UADE Business School, completing their studies from 2020 to 2021.

In 2022, Damián Dibenedetto enrolled in a Diplomatura program in People Analytics at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires to further enhance their skills and knowledge in this field.

Additionally, Damián earned a certification titled "Desarrolla la adaptabilidad de tu equipo" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
