Jorge Lima is an accomplished professional in government relations with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving in a government relations role at Itaú Unibanco since June 2022, Jorge previously held the presidency of Instituto de Relações Governamentais - IRelGov, where efforts focused on enhancing professionalism and ethical standards in the field. Notable past positions include Head of Brazil, Government Affairs at SoftBank Group International and Government Relations Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at Kimberly-Clark, where Jorge established a government relations department. Additional experience includes senior roles at MasterCard, The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, and Movimento Brasil Competitivo, alongside a strong educational background with an MBA in Government Relations from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, among other qualifications in leadership and international relations.
