Mauro Capriotti is an experienced LAN Data Network Manager at Italo - NTV since May 2011, specializing in supplier management, SLA service standards, and the implementation of WAN-LAN networks across the NTV network. Mauro has a diverse background in telecommunications and technical management, having previously held roles at Telecom Italia in customer retention policies, TOROC as an Operation Manager in timing and scoring, and various positions in different companies focusing on telecommunications and electronic systems. Mauro holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and is also active in sports as a federal volleyball coach and beach volleyball instructor with FIPAV.
