Lital Yaron has worked as the Head of the executive and leadership division at iTalent - Hire Smarter since September 2020. In this role, they have been responsible for escorting and hiring executives for specialized C-Level and management positions. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Manager at Adika from February 2019 to March 2020. Lital also served as the Director of the National Operations Department at ZARA SA from 2017 to 2019. Lital has a long history with Zara, where they held the positions of Commercial Manager from September 2009 to the present and Training and Development Manager from September 2005 to September 2009.

Lital Yaron obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography and history from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies between the years 2000 and 2003. Lital then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from a polytechnic, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006.
