Simone Oberti has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. They started their career at Accenture in 2013, working in both Management Consulting and IT. Afterwards, Simone joined C.S.I. S.p.A. Presso FCA as a Testing Engineer and Passive Safety Engineer. In 2015, they moved to CSI s.p.a., where they handled responsibilities as an Acceleration Sled Facility Manager and Passive Safety Specialist. In 2018, Simone joined CSI spa presso Italdesign, fulfilling the role of a Performance Engineer in Passive Safety Development. Currently, they are a Passive Safety Integrator at Italdesign, and as of October 2022, they have been promoted to the position of Passive Safety Project Leader.

Simone Oberti completed a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino between 2007 and 2010. Following this, Simone pursued a Master of Science degree in Ingegneria biomedica, also from the Politecnico di Torino, from 2010 to 2012.
