Roberto began their career in 1996 as an IT Software Developer at SIDI SpA, where they primarily focused on developing software for managing promotions in the food distribution industry. Roberto then moved on to Reckitt & Colman, where they continued working as an IT Software Developer, this time managing and integrating warehouse procurement procedures.

In 1997, Bolognesi joined Brignone Informatica as an IT Technical Analyst/Developer, working on a project to convert databases from AS/400 to Unix. Roberto also focused on batch processing and event logging. Later that year, they transitioned to Intesa, an IBM Company, in a similar role involving project coordination and system maintenance for a food retail company.

In 1998, Bolognesi joined Lear Corporation as an IT Project Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining the company's information system, with a particular focus on order management and approval processes. Roberto then moved to ITS - Gruppo Fiat in 2000, taking on the role of IT Customer Care Manager.
