Judith Pavón is a seasoned professional in Information Technology with extensive experience in IT governance, strategic planning, project management, and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Analyst at Itaipu Binacional since December 2012, Judith has contributed significantly to various organizational initiatives, including the establishment of Key Performance Indicators and management models. In addition to roles at Parque Tecnológico Itaipu as a Digital Transformation Advisor, Judith has a strong background in education, having lectured at Salvador University and USP - Escola Politécnica. A PhD graduate from USP in Electrical Engineering, Judith has also excelled in training and consulting roles, particularly in requirements engineering and agile methodologies, impacting numerous professionals within the financial sector.
