Fabiana Pascon has a solid work history with experience in various finance roles. Fabiana first started their career in 1997 as a Finance Manager at Fleet Bank. Fabiana then moved on to BankBoston in 2000, where they served as a Finance Superintendent and later as an Audit Director. In 2007, they joined Itaú Unibanco as a Finance Superintendent and eventually transitioned to a Product and Sales Director role. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the position of CFO at Itaú USA.

Fabiana Pascon completed a Digital Acceleration Master Class at Hyper Island in 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Master in Finance from Brandeis International Business School in 2000. Their educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, which they completed in 1993.
