James (Jim) Biggins, P.E. has extensive experience in the power systems sector, currently serving as Manager of Power System Services at Industrial TurnAround Corp. (ITAC) since January 2009, following a role as Senior Controls Engineer from November 2006 to November 2009. Jim holds an MBA from Strome College of Business, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, completed in 2002.
