Tom Westhoff possesses extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager, Project Lead, and Director of Participant Operations at ITA Group, Inc. since August 1997. At ITA Group, Tom contributes to the development of incentive programs and event management strategies while upholding key business values. Prior to this role, Tom was a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT at Norwalk Fire Department from August 2011 to August 2021 and held supervisory duties at Principal Financial Group from January 1991 to August 1998. Tom began a career in sales as a Sales Representative at Modern Business Systems from June 1989 to June 1991. Tom earned a BA in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University from 1985 to 1989.
