Pete Link serves as the IT Director at IT Specialists, Inc., providing advisory support to IT Directors in the SMB market since December 2023. Previously, from 2017 to 2023, Pete held the position of Director of IT and Security at Pax8, where leadership of an international team contributed to significant company growth, expanding from 100 to approximately 1500 employees. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Team Lead for VMware at TIAA from 2011 to 2017, managing day-to-day operations and leading various technical projects to enhance IT infrastructure. Earlier roles included SAP Basis Administrator at Swisslog Healthcare Solutions-North America and Noble Drilling, where oversight of high-visibility SAP projects and disaster recovery implementations was essential. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston.
