Vlad Marinescu is an experienced professional in the field of sales and delivery, currently serving as Director at IT Smart Systems since June 2018. Prior to this role, Vlad held various leadership positions at IBM from 2006 to May 2018, including Strategy & Analytics Leader, Global Business Services Country Leader, PM & Managing Consultant, Manager of the Communications Sector, and Account Manager.
