Emily Goodwin has extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving in this role at IT Retail since May 2010, where responsibilities include ensuring software functionality and creating video tutorials for customer assistance. Prior to this, Emily worked as a server at Elephant Bar Restaurant from November 2007 to November 2010. Emily pursued higher education at the University of California, Riverside, from 2010 to 2011, studying for a BA in Psychology, and earlier attended Twyford Church of England from 2001 to 2004.
