Jessica Issa, HRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at IT Max Global since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as the Group Human Resources Officer at GlobalCom Holding s.a.l from November 2019 to February 2022 and as a Human Resources Generalist at RCG International from November 2018 to November 2019. Academically, Jessica holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Human Resources Management from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a Bachelor of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation from the American University College of Science and Technology. Additionally, Jessica has obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English from CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH Language Assessment & University of MICHIGAN. Jessica completed secondary education at Collège Elysée, specializing in Economics and Sociology.
