Carlos Cruz is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in Scrum methodology and systems analysis. Currently serving as Project Delivery Manager at IT Lean since January 2022, Carlos has previously held roles as a Scrum Master at GlobalWeb and Indra, where responsibilities included project monitoring and management. Carlos's career includes significant positions such as System Analyst and Gerente de Projetos at Indra and Mapfre Seguros, as well as earlier roles in programming at CWI Software and Sof Informática. Carlos holds a degree in Information Systems from Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo, completed between 2011 and 2014.
