Aleksandra Dimitrova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people administration and project management. Currently serving as a Senior People Administration Expert at IT Labs since September 2022, Dimitrova previously held the role of Senior Project Development Manager at Telelink Infra Services from June 2007 to September 2022, working with major clients such as A1, Makedonski Telekom, and VIP Operator. Prior to that, Dimitrova was a Project Manager at HELLASCOM LTD, overseeing projects for Cosmofone from January 2003 to September 2006. Dimitrova holds a PhD from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and possesses certifications in Human Resources Management and Public Relations, alongside a Master's degree in Macedonian Literature from the same institution.
