Borys Kalachov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Chief Business Development Officer at WM GROUP since January 2020, Borys has a strong background in leading teams and engineering solutions, having also held the position of Team Lead in the Telecom department at IT-Integrator since August 2017. Previous roles at Incom included various leadership positions within the Telecom department, where Borys specialized in pre-sales engineering and project management, effectively addressing technical and business needs for key customers while contributing to product strategy and solution presentations. Borys¡¯s earlier career includes significant roles in information security at the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Special Systems" and system engineering at VAB Bank, complemented by a solid educational foundation in computer systems and networks from Zaporizhzhya National Technical University.
