Mitesh Patel is an experienced professional in the IT industry. Mitesh began their career in 2007 as the Founder CTO of I.T. Ignite, where they also served as President. In 2011, they became the Technical Lead CA Clarity PPM Deployment at Verizon Wireless. In 2012, they took on the role of Technical PM at Lumeris, and in 2014 they became the Techno Functional Architect, Developer at Aflac. Finally, from 2006 to 2011, they held the position of Technical Expert at Walmart Stores Incorporated. During their career, Mitesh has implemented CA Clarity PPM Dashboarding, upgraded from Clarity 13.2 to Version 14, gathered requirements and wrote requirements and design documentation, managed project plans, trained and developed Aflac teams, developed reports using Crystal Reports, Business Objects XI, PLSQL, NSQL, designed and implemented reports/portlets, project and resource status reporting, upgraded Lumeris from 13.0 to 13.2, supported application and all users on clarity issues, worked directly in the PMO taking requirements from Project/Program managers to enhance their job duties, developed and ITSM/PPM model that allows for problem tickets from the ITIL framework, implemented Clarity Modules, XOG Application, custom workflow process development using Gel and system functions, upgraded and prepared upgrade guide and install plan, and integrated Clarity with SAP financial applications.

Mitesh Patel's education history includes attending Chatahoochie Tech from 2003-2005, where they studied I.T. Mitesh has also obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021, CA 14.x Proven Professional from CA Technologies in November 2015, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021, and Certified Scrum Master from ITIL Certified in September 2014.
