Ritik Shukla is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior System Administrator at IT BY DESIGN since June 2022, where responsibilities include managing DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and Office 365, along with designing and supporting Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server and Exchange. Previously, Ritik worked as a Technical Support Associate at IBM from July 2021 to June 2022, showcasing advanced understanding of Windows operating systems and network systems, while also honing diagnostic skills for Microsoft applications. Prior to that, an internship at Amicus Brain Innovations provided exposure to data gathering and analysis in AI-driven healthcare projects.
