Jayant Narang started their work experience in 2010 as a Technical Associate at Genpact. From there, they worked as an Escalation Engineer (Microsoft) at Convergys from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined E Virtual Services as a Business Development Specialist, and then moved on to 360 Degree Cloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Specialist from 2016 to 2017. In the same year, they became a Business Development Manager at Kcloud Technologies - World of Salesforce Cloud. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Concentrix as a Subject Matter Expert - Microsoft EPS. Currently, they are working as a Senior System Administrator at IT BY DESIGN since July 2021.

Jayant Narang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application from Punjab Technical University, from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a PG Diploma in Marketing from YMCA, IMS, from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their educational background, Jayant Narang has obtained certifications such as "Azure Administration: Manage Identities" from LinkedIn in September 2020, "MCSA: Windows Server 2012 - Certified 2018" from Microsoft in October 2018, and "MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure - Certified 2018" also from Microsoft in October 2018.
