Abhilekh Pandey has a strong background in system administration, with their most recent position being Senior System Administrator at IT BY DESIGN starting in 2022. In this role, they troubleshooted client issues and outages, specifically focusing on ISP and network device issues with Cisco and SonicWALL. Abhilekh also identified and resolved computer network issues, and provided support for Active Directory login problems.

Prior to their current position, Abhilekh worked as a Wintel System Administrator at HCL Technologies from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they gained experience as an Internship Trainee at HCL Training and Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd. from 2017 to 2018.

Throughout their work experience, Abhilekh has developed strong technical skills in system administration and troubleshooting, as well as an understanding of network devices and Active Directory.

Abhilekh Pandey completed their higher secondary education in Mathematics from Maharani Laxmi Bai Memorial Inter College between 2013 and 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications at Integral University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh from 2019 to 2022. In addition, Abhilekh obtained the CompTIA Strata IT Fundamentals Certification from CompTIA in February 2018.
