Frank Lord has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Frank started their career in 2004 as a Quality Control Co-op student at Johnson Controls. In 2005, they joined United Parcel Service as a Supervisor, where they supervised a team of 5-10 employees, ensured compliance with safety regulations, and provided training and instruction to employees.

After working at UPS for nearly a decade, Frank transitioned to a role at Cellular Sales as a Sales representative from 2012 to 2013. Frank then joined Computer & Networking Services in 2016 as a System Engineer until 2017.

In 2014, Frank worked at IT 4 the Planet as an Engineer, and during the same year, they also had a role as a Contact Center Representative at Cellular Sales. Most recently, since 2017, they have been employed at TVA OIG as an IT Auditor.

Overall, Frank has demonstrated experience in IT auditing, engineering, supervision, sales, and quality control throughout their career.

Frank Lord earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a focus on Information Technology from Tusculum University between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2001 to 2007, where they studied Mechanical Engineering without obtaining a degree.

- Also in July 2022, they finished the "CISA Cert Prep: 2 Information Technology Governance and Management for IS Auditors" course through LinkedIn.

- Additionally, they completed the "CISA Cert Prep: 3 Information Technology Life Cycle for IS Auditors" course in July 2022, also provided by LinkedIn.

- In November 2016, Frank obtained the "Basic Installation and Configuration of Windows Server 2012" certification through LinkedIn.

- In August 2017, they earned the "Microsoft Technical Associate" certification from Microsoft.
