Roger Pennington has a strong background in software engineering, with experience at multiple companies. Roger is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at ISYS Technologies since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Northrop Grumman as a Principal Software Engineer from May 2020 to October 2021. Roger also has a significant tenure at Lockheed Martin, where they held the positions of Senior Software Engineer from February 2013 to May 2020, and Software Engineer in February 2013. Roger started their career as a Student at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs from August 2009 to December 2012. Before that, Roger was a Software Quality Assurance Tester at LSI Logic from September 2006 to October 2008.

Roger Pennington completed their education at two different institutions. Roger first attended Pikes Peak State College from 2006 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 2009 to 2012, and successfully achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
