Derrick Magee has a strong background in IT support and management. Derrick is currently working as a Level 3 IT Support Analyst at ISYS Technologies, where they provide support for multiple networks, installs and configures hardware and software, and resolves technical issues. Prior to this, they served in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles. Derrick was a Network Infrastructure Program Manager from 2019 to 2022, overseeing network operations. Before that, they worked at the 10th Communications Squadron, United States Air Force Academy, where they held multiple positions, including Cyberspace Senior Advisor, Information Technology Operations Manager, and IT Project Manager. In these roles, they provided leadership and support for enterprise networks, managed personnel, and executed IT projects. Overall, Derrick Magee has extensive experience in IT support, network management, and project coordination.

Derrick Magee attended Trident University International and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Derrick completed their degree in 2021. In addition, Derrick has a certification in CompTIA Security+, which they obtained from CompTIA in June 2014.
