John Walker is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience at Isuzu Australia Limited since May 2016, John has been instrumental in developing strategic digital marketing initiatives, managing marketing operations, and overseeing agency partnerships. Previous roles include Digital Marketing Manager at Optus, where John led integrated marketing strategies for the business sector, and Marketing Manager at Anittel, where efforts focused on consolidating marketing across multiple acquisitions. John began a career in marketing at PKBA, progressing from Account Manager to gaining foundational skills through a graduate program. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Melbourne Business School and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Arts from the University of Tasmania.
