Gemma Bunting is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales enablement across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Enablement and Customer Success and Global Head of Customer Success at Omdia since January 2020, Gemma previously held various leadership positions at Ovum, including Head of Customer Success and Head of Client Services & Experience. Prior to that, Gemma worked at Informa Telecoms & Media in roles such as Customer Experience Manager and Client Support Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer experience and acting as the primary contact for client support. Gemma began their career as a Senior Research Analyst at Informa Telecoms and Media after earning a degree in Russian with Central and Eastern European studies from Durham University.
