Joe Richards is a Business Development Manager at iSTORM® since October 2020, where responsibilities include leading new business initiatives and managing the new business team. Prior to this role, Joe was a Business Development Executive, focusing on identifying and mitigating cybersecurity and data protection risks through specialized consultancy and accredited penetration testing. From September 2017 to March 2023, Joe served as an Assistant Football Coach at Position Specific Coaching, mentoring young players to reach their full potential and transition to local football academies. Joe is currently pursuing a Chartered Business Management Degree Apprenticeship at Aston Business School and previously completed a Level 4 sales apprenticeship in Selling Skills and Sales Operations at the Institute of Sales Professionals.
