Ruby Saurakhia serves as the Associate Vice President and Head of School Alliances & Engagement at iSTEP Mentors since February 2021, leading school partnerships across India. Prior experience includes serving as Branch Head at RAYS CAREERS, where Ruby was responsible for employee performance management and school outreach marketing activities. As Deputy Manager at PRATHAM Education, Ruby trained and monitored counselors to enhance sales and operational efficiency, while previously managing a team as Center Coordinator at Amity Institute for Competitive Exam, focusing on maximizing student admissions. Ruby began a career as Career Development Manager at IIPM, where responsibilities included market strategy development and student query management. Ruby holds a Master's degree in English Literature from St. John's College, Agra, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
