Marco Silipo is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Officer at ISTAT since August 2008, Marco has also worked as an Information Technology Consultant for The World Bank from November 2022 to June 2023. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Contract Professor at Università di Roma Tre, teaching Informatics in the Faculty of Economics from September 2010 to October 2012, and as a Software Engineer at IBM from December 2000 to June 2008. Marco began the technology career as a technical collaborator at INFN from March 2000 to December 2000. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science from Sapienza Università di Roma, completed in 2000.
