Victor Sandor has a wealth of experience in the field of oncology. Theirwork experience began in 2002 when they were an Associate Director at AstraZeneca. Victor then held the roles of Director (oncology), Senior Director (Oncology), and Executive Director (Oncology) at AstraZeneca from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they became the VP, CMO Oncology Medical Research at Biogen Idec. Victor then moved to Incyte in 2010 and held the roles of VP Global Drug Development Oncology, Group VP Clinical Development, and Senior Vice-President Drug Development until 2014. In 2014, they became the Chief Medical Officer at Array BioPharma Inc. and held that role until 2019. In 2019, they became the Senior VP Clinical Development at Pfizer and the Independent Director at Merus N.V. Victor currently holds the roles of Independent Director at ADC Therapeutics, Prelude Therapeutics Incorporated, and Istari Oncology.
Victor Sandor completed their MD CM in Medicine from McGill University between 1986 and 1990. Victor then pursued a residency in Internal Medicine from McGill University from 1990 to 1993. In 1994, they began a Medical Oncology Fellowship at NIH, NCI Bethesda, MD and completed it in 1998. Victor also attended Marianopolis College prior to their studies at McGill University.
