Geneviève Diet has a long and varied work experience. Geneviève started their career in 1994 as a Management Development Consultant at Proximus. In this role, they were responsible for setting up the company-wide management development offer, from co-diagnosing to implementing, managing the yearly budget, and delivering 152 training sessions and 15 modules. Geneviève was also responsible for defining the 360° survey policy, managing the process from launching the survey to defining individual development plans with participants. In addition, they served as a business facilitator to support team performance and alignment.
In 2001, Geneviève Diet moved to EY as a Senior Consultant-Competency Management. Geneviève then joined Spadel in 2003 as an HR Development Manager. In 2004, they began working at GSK, where they held a variety of roles including People Data and Analytics Transformation Lead, Global HR, Head of Change Management, Global Pharmaceutical R&D, Director OD Business Lead Corporate Global Support Functions, and Global Talent Management Director Vaccines Business Unit. In 2021, they joined Huntsman Corporation as a Global HR Business Partner Elastomer BU, and in 2022 they began working at iSTAR Medical as Vice President Human Resources.
Geneviève Diet has an extensive education history. In 1987, they obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Liège. Geneviève then went on to study Managing Cultural Differences and Diversity in Organisations at the Université libre de Bruxelles until 2007. In 2012 and 2013, they earned an Advanced OD Certificate from NTL Oxford UK. In 2019, they studied Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations at EPM. Currently, they are studying Applied Governance at Board level of SME at BCTE (Board Coaching to Excellence-The Directors Network). Geneviève has also obtained certifications from the Institute of NeuroCognitivism-Belgium for Foundations of Behavioral and Neurocognitive Approach, as well as MBTI Steps 1 and 2 from Kate Kesler Organisation Consulting and CDGAI - Faculty of Psychology for Group Dynamics.
