Vanessa Löfgren started their work experience in 2016 as a Visningsvärd at Erik Olsson Fastighetsförmedling. In 2017, they moved to SetSale and worked as a Customer Support Agent until January 2020. From January 2020 to March 2022, they worked at Admentum AB, first as an Administratör, systemsupport and then as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at IST Group since January 2023.

Vanessa Löfgren attended Thoren Business School from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained their Gymnasieexamen (high school diploma) with a focus on Samhällsvetenskap (Social Sciences). In 2018, Vanessa also briefly attended EF International Language Campuses to study Engelska och marknadsföring (English and Marketing).
