Shradha Panda began their work experience in 2013 at Tata Consultancy Services, where they held the role of IT Analyst until 2020. In 2021, they joined IST Group as a Software Developer.

Shradha Panda completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (Formerly UCE), Burla, between 2009 and 2013. Shradha then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Lund University School of Economics and Management, from 2020 to 2021.
