Oskar Schröder's work experience includes various roles in different companies.
Starting in 2001, Schröder worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Universal Music AB until 2003.
From 2004 to 2009, they worked as a Consultant at Verner Public Relations AB.
Oskar then returned to Universal Music AB in 2005 as a Marketing/Label Manager, where they achieved multiple national Gold and Platinum awards for albums by various artists. Oskar also launched a music streaming service and a club lounge concept to bring classical music to a wider audience.
In 2010, Schröder founded their own company, Schröder Communications, where they worked until 2011.

Oskar Schröder's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled in the Cultural Science Program at Stockholm University. Oskar studied there for six years, graduating in 2006 with an unspecified degree. In 2008, Oskar joined Stockholm University again, this time enrolling in the IHR Marketing Communication & Management Program. Oskar completed this program in 2009. In the same year, Oskar attended the Konsultbyrån för Marknadsrätt where they pursued a degree in Law, which they successfully obtained. Oskar also briefly attended the Oxford Leadership Academy in 2009, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
