Elmin Nurkic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Elmin started their career as a professional football player at Östers IF and later worked as a leader for the team. Elmin then moved on to work as a football player for Varberg Bois and Nest-Sotra Fotball. Following their career in football, Elmin transitioned to the software industry, starting as a Trainee Developer at Visma, and later becoming a Trainee Developer at Visma again the following year. Elmin further developed their skills by working as a Full-stack Developer at Experis Academy and as a Software Developer at IST Group. Currently, Elmin holds the position of Assisterande tränare at FK Älmeboda/Linneryd and will soon take on the role of Huvudansvarig tränare. Prior to their career in sports and technology, they worked as an Elevassistent at Växjö kommun. Overall, Elmin Nurkic has gained considerable experience in sports and software development throughout their professional journey.

Elmin Nurkic started their education in 2007 at ProCivitas Privata Gymnasium, where they pursued a degree in "Samhällskunskap" with a specialization in special sports. Elmin completed their studies in 2010.

In 2018, Elmin enrolled at the University of Borås and studied "Webb- och informationsdesign." Elmin graduated in 2020 with a degree in "Webbredaktör | Informationsarkitekt."

From 2020 to 2022, Elmin attended EC Utbildning and obtained a degree as a "Frontendutvecklare" in the field of IT.

In 2022, Elmin briefly attended Malmö University to study programming in C#, but it is unclear whether they completed a degree or not.

Additionally, in 2022, Elmin enrolled in Noroff and completed a certificate of completion in "Full-stack Development with .NET" with a focus on "Datorspel och programmering."
