Marie Charlotte Löwe Haaning began their career in 2012 as a Mentor for first year students at Copenhagen Business School. In 2015, they took on the role of HR Trainee at Netcompany A/S, where they focused on employer branding and organized and planned career events around the country. That same year, they became a Sr. Manager, HR Operations and HR Generalist at Issuu, where they were responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, daily communication with management on all HR and recruitment activities, contracts & HR legal, onboarding, stock options and maintaining cap table, overseeing all HR data, performance review process, HR systems review and implementation, Employer Branding, supportive salary administration, compensation, benefits & insurances, and daily office processes.
