Kerry Matthews is an experienced operations and service delivery professional with a strong background in managing client operational delivery and supporting various corporate functions. Since June 2019, Kerry has served as Operations Manager at Issured Limited, focusing on operations analysis, resource management, and oversight of the investment lifecycle. Prior to this role, Kerry worked at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association from January 2014 to June 2019, progressing from Programme and Project Management Practitioner to Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included leading services for individuals with sight loss and managing volunteer initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Road Safety Officer at MGWSP from July 2007 to December 2013, where Kerry provided educational resources to enhance road safety in Northamptonshire. Education was completed at Wollaston Secondary School from 2000 to 2007.
