Rikke Hedegaard Larsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the life sciences sector at ISS A/S since September 2017, currently serving as Life Sciences Operations Performance Lead. Rikke's career includes roles such as Site Manager and participation in a global 18-month graduate program focused on developing future managers. Prior experiences range from business development and commercial trainee roles at the Embassy of Denmark in Singapore to positions in customer service and sales at various organizations, including Folketeatret and Siemens Energy. Rikke holds a Master’s degree in Business, Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in German Area Studies, along with valuable international exposure from studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
