Kathryn C. is an experienced leader in human resources and social sustainability, currently serving as the Global HR Transformation/Social Sustainability Programme Leader at ISS A/S. Previously, Kathryn held significant roles in the UK government, including Head of Wellbeing at the Department for Health and Social Care and Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing at the Department for Transport. Additionally, Kathryn has a military background as a Captain in HM Forces and served as Head of Resources and Diversity & Inclusion at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
