Caroline Key has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resource Assistant at Red Coats, Inc. since February 2012, Caroline previously worked as a Server at Carrabba's Italian Grill from May 2007 to August 2011, where a progression from hostess to server allowed for increased earning potential. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Secretary in the Facilities Office at Montgomery College during the summer of 2009 provided valuable administrative experience. Caroline holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Human Studies and Marketing Management from Salisbury University, alongside prior studies at Montgomery College.
