Niklas Nilsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Owner at Kollektivkrogen since July 2022, Niklas also holds the position of Regional Manager at ISS Facility Services since August 2016. Previously, Niklas has managed multiple regions within PostNord Sverige, overseeing significant teams and operational functions, including roles as Regional Manager for Malmö, Uppsala, and Jönköping. Early career achievements include serving as HR Manager at PostNord and as Chairman of SEKO, representing a large membership base. Niklas holds educational credentials from the Stockholm School of Economics.
