Patrick Soriero has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as a TAC Analyst at ISS Solutions since November 2000. In this role, Patrick is based in Langhorne, PA, and is part of the Technical Assistance Center. Previously, Patrick held the position of Senior Help Desk Supervisor, overseeing operations, scheduling, technical aspects, policy formulation, hiring, training, and reporting. Additionally, Patrick worked as Elite Technical Support at ISS/Oki Data from March 2011 to June 2013. Patrick holds a degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where studies were completed between 1973 and 1977.
