Roni Luminto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Roni started their career as an IT Technician at TeliaSonera, where they handled computer installations and warranty issues. Roni also worked as a Technical Customer Service Adviser at TeliaSonera, troubleshooting and repairing broadband and cable services. Roni then joined HKScan Oyj as an ICT Trainee, where they gained experience in on-site support and project work.

In 2014, Roni co-founded a startup called WorldSome Oy, where they served as the Head of Services. Roni played a pivotal role in designing and creating a new information and analytics service concept to enhance customer sales and business development. Concurrently, Roni worked as a Consultant at CGI, providing solution-oriented consulting to customers in manufacturing and retail industries, focusing on delivering quality business solutions.

Ronin later joined ISS Palvelut as a Solution Architect, managing system integration, API services, and the development and maintenance of the Facility Management System (FMS@ISS) and Master Data Management (MDM) services. Roni then transitioned to Citycon as an Integration Manager, responsible for developing and managing Integration & Automation capabilities, Business Intelligence development and maintenance, and shopping center business solutions and operative systems.

Currently, Roni holds the position of Head of Functional IT at ISS Palvelut.

Roni Luminto has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Information Systems from Turku University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Roni later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information Systems Science from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, completing their degree from 2018 to 2021.
