Deborah Andruk is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Director of HR at ISS Action since January 2017, Deborah previously held roles such as HR Administrator at PSCH and Benefits Manager at both EPIC Foundation of Long Island and Sentinel Health Fund, where responsibilities included managing self-insured health and welfare benefit plans for large employee bases. Deborah also served as the Director of Human Resources at Mortgage Warehouse and Human Resources Manager at Peerless Importers, where notable achievements included establishing the HR department for a Fortune 500 company and overseeing comprehensive benefits management. Deborah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego and has pursued additional education at Queens College.
