Tanya Poliak is a Major in the Israeli Air Force, serving as the Human Resources, Operations & Logistics Officer since January 2018, where involvement includes decision-making and policy formulation in HR development and logistics. Tanya manages a team of approximately 20 HR and logistics personnel. As the Sales Director at מעוף מש�בי �נוש since January 2022, previous experience includes serving as the Head of Human Resources at Galei Tzahal from 2015 to 2018, focusing on recruitment and mentorship, and as a Human Resources & Training Officer in the Israeli Air Force from 2008 to 2015, overseeing HR functions at the flight school and personnel department. Tanya holds a Bachelor's degree in Music and Dance from The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, earned between 1999 and 2003.
